If you know me, you know how much I like my wine. For those wondering what to give me as a gift for my upcoming birthday in March, think no more! 

It's important not to go for a mass produced wine, but rather a rare bottle like the ones they produce in the U.K. Sicily is a beautiful area and produces high-grade wines.
